I ordered two of the small snake plants and they arrive yesterday. The first one I opened up had dirt everything inside the packaging. The plant container was bent and the dry dirt almost all fell out when I was taking it out of the plastic it was wrapped in. What a mess. The second one however was the opposite. It was clean and tightly wrapped and the soil was moist and all in the container. I contacted Amazon and they refunded me for one and I do not have to return it. So I got a 2-for-1 deal!
