Waterproof or resistant? The "non-PFC durable water-repellent (non-PFC DWR) finish" seems like it wears out over time.

Is there inner lining on this? I have a Columbia glennaker 2 jacket which I really like but it's very thin and no lining. I paid around $30 for Columbia

if you like the glennaker check out the pouration II from columbia. Its on sale on their website right now for 55 with free shipping if you join their free club. Coupons are also applicable so you can probably get 15% off for signing up for emails. It's essentially a glennaker with mesh lining and a few extra features like pit zips
