Where are you seeing the Blur for much less? They are in the nineties at Amazon. The steel is a step down too.
I do love the Blur though. I have a bunch I picked up in 2012-2013 for $25-$30.

Having noted that, I also agree CTS XHP is a higher-class steel than 14c28n.
