Food could definitely use improvement - but for $400 you can get an airport sandwich.
Drinks in tiny cups are typical on all SE Asian carriers - I assume cultural differences. Even the world class ones like Singapore / Cathay use the 6 oz Dixie cup. Just keep asking for them.
