4cubic feet is pretty small for things like sticks and other foliage. For bricks or rocks I'm sure this works great

If you do I'd highly recommend buying and installing the big balloon tires like beach carts have. I have had a Gorilla cart for years and I love it. I tried using as a beach cart on a trip to Florida and it was absolutely useless. Even with letting most of the air out of the tires it just sank in the sand like a rock. It took everything I had to drag it maybe 50 feet. It might work for you if the beach has really packed sand or a boardwalk.
