As for Virtual Pinball, there are two options. There is a native Pinball FX app on the Quest which I highly recommend. Tables look phenomenal in VR. If you want even more realism in terms of graphics and physics, you can take a look a Visual Pinball X (VPX). VPX is completely free. It would run on the PC and again stream to the Quest via Wifi. Pinball FX has about 20-25 tables released. VPX has in the hundreds. My personal favorites will always be Addams Family and Star Trek TNG.

Most stuff I see is sadly just 2D screens in the 3D VR space. For that stuff I would rather just watch on my TV.
