Good but BlueTooth 5.3 in 2026 seems to me a bit aged for a +$100 headphones, a deal breaker for me.
I'll get one if/when they have BT LE and Auracast connectivity.
Hell, these don't even have AAC decoders, just SBC. I pass.

Can someone give me the tl;Dr on which ones a guy should get?
I can't do over the ear headphones and have been meaning to give this style a try
These are AMAZING. I'm an earphone snob and recently got these at Best Buy for $139 because I had a gift card. I wanted to try something that doesn't go in my ears.
They're totally worth it. I got the 2's in the normal size. Battery life is insane, I'm on webex or teams meetings literally all day and they last 6-7 hrs
Honestly cannot believe the sound quality from off ear drivers. Totally worth it at this price.
Definitely get the 2's non-mini unless you have a tiny skull or you're a child. The mini band is 3cm smaller. I'm a chonky boy and the full size fit me Great.

Thank you very much for the response and the depth of it
I am going to give the pro 2 a try. Fingers crossed!!
Good deal. My pro 2 work great for audiobooks (after replacing my initial pair through a warranty claim due to them shorting out and dying suddenly in the first month). Even the microphone works fairly well and has decent noise suppression for phone calls.
The Pro/Pro 2 are not pure bone conduction. They are hybrid bone-conduction/open-air models that combine bone conduction for high frequencies with standard directional speakers for lower frequencies. I own the Pro 2 and they are fantastic. However, they lack the Water Resistance of the non-Pro model due to their hybrid design. The app allows you to toggle pure bone-conduction, but this mode makes them sound inferior to the non-pro models
The Swim/Standard/Stadard Mini models are pure bone-conduction. You will feel the vibrations quite noticeably. They have far superior water resistance compared to the Pro Models.
The OpenFit are purely open-air headphones with no bone-conduction.
I have 4 pairs of the original (2 aeropex and 2 Pro). They are amazing headphones to wear when you are at home or out and about. Unless you want heavy bass, these things are great for phone conversations.

Much better clarity reported by team members than the beribes headphones I was previously using.
Plus you can get any ambient sounds with these on which could be a plus or minus depending on your environment and needs.
