Total scam. Does nothing and burns at the same time. Just get peroxide gel or strips and stick to cheap fluoride toothpaste.

I've buy bulk baking soda and hydrogen peroxide from Costco for brushing my teeth for the last 30 years to brush my teeth and I haven't been to a dentist in over 25 years and never had any issues with my teeth so speaking from experience, I highly recommend people switch. And if you want a minty taste, put a few drops of peppermint or spearmint essential oils on the baking soda when you brush. I follow-up with a hydrogen peroxide rinse for several minutes and sometimes add clove bud essential oil but be careful with this, all you need is a drop or two because it's very strong.

I'll offer a counter opinion and say that I think this works pretty well as a gentle alternative to strips. I use a regular sensodyne whitening toothpaste with 'stain protection' in the morning which seems to do a pretty good job keeping coffee stains off my teeth and then use this right before bed so some residual peroxide hangs around on the teeth while I sleep. I have pearly whites without using strips which tend to make my teeth really sensitive.

Alternative almost free method:
Mix hydrogen peroxide 3% & water 1:1 then swish with it.
Or make paste of backing soda, hydrogen peroxide and water and brush with it.

I actually do this too and have had no issues. Bad breath also went away as soon as I started
