Don't say that, knee problems kept me home for an entire month, I couldn't work so I struggled a bit without income

Nope. Not HSA/FSA eligible. Can't make heads or tails of what Amazon qualifies for HSA/FSA.

I've had meniscus issues on both knees at different times in my life. I can tell you that the pain from a meniscus tear is caused not from the actual meniscus, which senses no pain, but from the rubbing of that tear against joint/cartilage in your knee. Then the irritation from that causes inflammation that further intensifies the pain.

This device will not solve for the cause of the pain, it will only help with the pain from the inflammation part, though not as good as say taking an Aleve or a prescription pain/anti-inflammatory. Of course taking those long-term have their own disadvantages.

Sad to say, a meniscus does not heal on its own. The only thing that will cure meniscus damage is a doctor going in and scraping off the peeled/shredded bits.

Thankfully, after surgery I'm completely healed and pain free, though the doctors are quick to advise that things will never be completely 100% of that way they "use to be" prior to the damage.

I don't need these, but I feel like they'd go great with my leg/foot heated air massage things I just got off here a few weeks ago 😆

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I have to schedule a visit with the Orthopedics.
