Well, it's 3kWh. Check your last utility bill when you weren't using much heating or a/c. Divide 2.4 by your kWh usage for that month and then multiply that number by 30 days. Thats how long it will last.

Example: the average home in the US uses 900kWh in a month

2.4 / 900 = 0.00267 0.00267 x 30 days = 0.08 days or 2 hours

Now, you can't use this to power your home since (a) it only has a 120V output, and (b) you can't "plug" this into your electrical panel (safely). OTOH, if you had a backup fridge (1kW/day), your internet router (~12W) and small server (mine is ~38W), some plug in LED lights, and some minor appliances...sure, it will probably keep you going for 12 hours

that all depends on your runtime and power output. Is your house a small data center, or do you have 6 light bulbs and a fridge?
If you have a fridge, Wi-Fi, lights, and fans, you could probably get 15-30+ hours depending on usage***********.

One more thing, the instructions say that the power bank has a port for connecting additional batteries, but I haven't found any other explanations or products for that. I think it would be perfect if I could fit an additional 12V battery.
I connect an Anderson connector to the positive and negative terminals of an external battery. I recently got an Eco Worthy brand from AliExpress for I think $248 from slickdeals. This is my example. Do your own homework for compatibility .

Good price for the specs but not a well known manufacturer, and the form factor looks pretty large compared to the other big name 3kwh power stations if that matters to you.

Sorry, you're right, 4-9pm. Would be great to off load some things during that period. A product like this could be great for renters that can't install batteries.

If you know how to use a wrench and tight down some bolts. You could buy 2 x 150Ah 12V Eco Worthy batteries and hybrid solar inverter, which total $372. You got more battery capacity and almost 50% cheaper. Plus, you could add more batteries later easily.

Where's the specs on the switching time?

If it can't handle a computer, then it's not nearly the same product.

I thought this power bank had 240V output too. It's for 120V only.

I plug everything into my Anker 2kwh battery in the garage. I use one of those wifi Kasa AC plugs and plug my Anker into it. I set a schedule to turn off the plug at 4 and turn it back on at 9. So yeah outlet can be done easily but forget about trying to hook up your whole house to this type of battery.

Could this last through the night small house?
Certain things like hvac and water heating are what really eat up the energy. If you're just powering essentials, you can go for quite a while.

Impressive.

So I guess the only advantages this has left are the portability and smart home features.

Could you reply or send me a pm as i like your idea alot!

but not sure how the hybrid inverter connects to electronics like ops product. How do I connect my pc or random items fridge, phone in a emergency?

Do I need to purchase something separately or does this have to connect to my home power breaker box?

You could connect to your home electric panel breaker or not, it is up to you. Because you built DIY POWER STATION. You do whatever you want with it. I show you my DIY POWER STATION. I could connect to my house electric panel or use as stand alone like this Gendome Power Station.
