don't get a plastic cart unless its kept in a temperature controlled environment. I kept mine in the unheated garage and it disintegrated in less than a year (plastic became so brittle that it broke in many places)

I have one, different from this one in appearance, that I found sticking out of a dumpster at a shopping center renovation. It had one missing wheel. That was a quick replacement. I've had it for years and still is great in all kinds of weather. And stored in an unheated garage.
Saw a few on clearance at my WM this morning. Does anyone know the day the clearance items drop further? Have an unheated garage (i live in the south) and don't want to take a gamble at $30, but will at $20 or $15.
