Completely incorrect. First, Flash IV have some of the largest amounts of electrolytes (over 2000 mg) out of all brands. Second, read the ingredients it's clean, worse thing is Stevia and what do you expect it's a Zero product. Third, read the DV% content, tons of vitamins at meaningful amounts. Stop spreading misinformation it's hard enough to wade through the garbage.

In stock for me. I don't have the coupon but still a great deal. These are my go to electrolyte mixes. I've tried a few. Best bang for your buck, good mix of electrolytes, and tastes good too.

you can find the drinks online/in stores for roughly $1 a 20 oz bottle, these packets are usually $7-9 full price. It's really close in price if physical space of carrying a drink is not a limiting factor. The powders dissolve better than most but if you think the powders taste good, try the premixed bottles they taste even better - less of a vitamin/mineral taste.
