FWIW, I was able to increase the pressure of four tires by 3 psi which took about 20 minutes. You might be able to use it once to fill up a tire after patching a hole.

Do what you will, but I would not trust this for emergency use on a full sized car. Much larger devices have a hard time inflating car tires from 0 to full before they either overheat and shut down or they max out on pressure and can't inflate anymore. Often that is well below their rated pressure limit.
If you need to top off your tires it might okay, though I bet it's slow. At a minimum I'd get a slightly bigger one that plugs into the 12V or connects directly to the battery.

These small portable inflators, of which there are a gazillion on Amazon, all have similar issues:

- battery life is horrid. Like drop 2 bars from full on immediate initial use for 2 seconds. I don't know if they're over-rating the batteries or what.
- can only be used to top off tires as the weather gets cold, not really usable for filling from flat (0 psi). Not enough battery for that use.
- the hose connection on the machine can easily spin loose, so as you are using it, it's constantly at risk of twisting and potentially leaking air from there. They also use super short hoses to save money so they're very prone to twist loose.

This category is overall not a very great product design IMO. I would recommend getting one with a longer hose, a quick-disconnect "chuck" (adapter that connects to you tire), and a more reputable brand name.

I don't have this model but I will say that these lithium battery ones are infinitely better than the old ones that would plug into your car which would take forever to fill up a tire and usually have to be stopped every 10 minutes. I picked up one a year or so ago that is both a jump starter and tire inflator and that one worked great and would fill my tires up quickly from deflated. So while this one might not be great (no idea), they're definitely better than the old kind we all used to have. The downside is the old ones didn't need to be charged ahead of time.
