I've only used Naphcon A for years during allergy season. Is this comparable?

It's a lubricant not an antihistamine drop. Functions differently. Theoretically it can help flush out allergens from your eye but I wouldn't say its treatment for allergies. I do find Pataday affective for my itchy eyes during allergy season tho
