Nice find!

In regards to the disc being loose in the case, it's a design flaw by Sony. I've mailed out ps4/ps5 games to my relatives and other co-workers and they pop out so easily.

Nah, that used to happen to DVDs and bluray movies all of the time. The spindles get loose from all of the moving. It happens to Xbox games as well.
