These will drop in price more right? Since all the ssds are inflated and less people buying them?

The only thing like that I could find is the "Unitek M.2 NVMe & SATA SSD Enclosure"

Doesn't seem to be on Amazon or have any reviews.

Most devices that do both seem to be IT tools as opposed to proper enclosures.

NVMe and SATA protocols are fundamentally different so making one that has both is basically making two and slapping them together, which might just be easier to buy 2

I have 2. Works well so far and I like the attached cable since it's short and I won't worry about losing them!

I got a couple when this price drop was in place. But I am disappointed. The SSD will drop i.e. not be accessible after a few minutes of use.
I tried with a USB C to USB A converter that I had lying around, but limited to USB 2.0. The SSD stays accessible. I suspect this enclosure has trouble keeping USB 3.2 link to the host.
