A good hack saw would probably cut through your finger, or you could just go see your doc and he'll take the ring off and leave the finger intact

Anybody know if these scissors have a spring to assist with opening? Wish it came with some sort of sheath or belt clip

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

If you look at the reviews one guy had them break cutting cat6A cables. And looking at the pictures the design is terrible. The steel is extremely thin at the pivot for no good reason.

Per Amazon "Yes! The Klein Tools Titanium Coated Utility Scissors feature spring-loaded handles that provide self-opening action for smoother and faster cutting.
Key Spring-Open Features:
  • Automatic return - handles spring back to open position after each cut
  • Reduced hand fatigue - less effort required for repetitive cutting tasks
  • Faster operation - eliminates need to manually reopen handles between cuts
  • Consistent performance - adjustable pivot screw maintains spring tension over time
Customers specifically mention the spring action makes these scissors excellent for frequent use, with one reviewer noting they "love how they feel in my hands" during extended cutting sessions."
