Argh… was forced to buy the 4 and 8 qt SD5 polished stock pots given the "damaged packaging" option was in stock for both. Picked up the similar 12qt about 2 years back and to my knowledge it hasn't been back in stock since.

Also picked up another pair of the All-Clad German kitchen scissors / shears. I have the All-Clad "German" and "non-German" shears, a couple of versions of the Wusthof stainless shears, the plastic handle style from Wusthof and a couple other mid-tier brands… the All-Clad Germans are the best ones I've come across and are by far my favorite. However the neck is a little larger than others and might not fit into all knife blocks.
