The natural fallacy is real. Especially in nutrition lol kcal kinda high for protein but its cheap and not that bad...probably taste decent too (pure protein bars are okay) #squatdeep

I'm guessing you weight 400lbs.. b/c each big mac that has 25g of protein.. also has 580 calories. So, If I were eating 8 big macs a day to get my 200g of protein.. 4640 calories.

and we wonder why this country is so obese...

this person is kind of right. this pure protein is 25g of protein out of 41.2 per serving. that's means only 60% of this tub it actual protein. this 1.75lbs (28oz) tub is actually only 1lb of protein (actually around 16.8oz). So you're paying $13 for 1 pound of protein and the rest is filler.

You're better off buying protein in bulk in 3lb and 5lb buckets. such as the quest protein that's 3lbs for $33.

You're paying a little more but there's no filler, no fat and low carbs. Just an fyi for you people that buy these 1lb to 2lb buckets. they're the worst value you can get for protein. I used to try to save money buy buying these low pound buckets until onother user here on the forums explained Protein percentage to me. This pure protein deal is a scam at $30 and not a good deal at $13 because of all the fillers and fat.

I recieved my first 2 and taste is good. I put 3 more on S&S. This works well in creami's. For me, I just want it to be good for ice cream and filling for a meal replacement. These powders help thicken the creami. This powder plus a fruit of choice and 2% milk/water. I aim for 250 cals.

Not that big of a deal IMO unless your extremely lean deep in a cut struggling through poverty calories trying to get that exotic body...if thats you reading this, kudos and god bless. Keep fighting the good fight and working to get to that end goal.

Im usually game to try if reviews and macro look decent and its near the price I have mentally benched marked (5-6$/lbs) from back in the day...some deals just may be limited to maintaince/gaining phases while others are cut friendly
