My spouse got it but my ikea account didn't. Is it one per household and can they track it by address? Or can I also use the same they sent to my spouse?

No love from IKEA for us.
We haven't shopped there in a few years though...and that was to buy furniture and have it shipped since we don't have one nearby.
We even tried logging into our account, but so no offers there either>

for those have Ikea family card/account, but didn't get this coupon nor any promotion email(ads) from ikea, you need to sign up their email before coupon sent.
But just let you know, you don't control the frequency and the type of email they sent. You basically get email spammed everyday, and maybe twice a year plus your birthday you get a $5 or $10 coupon at the bottom of email.
