Toying between getting this setup for like $2100 vs the last gen of everything (Arc, Era 100s, and Sub 3) refurb deal for $1100. Not sure if it's $1000 better. Unfamiliar w/ Sonos ecosystem other than people rave about it

If you add an original Arc, 2x of the Era 100s, and a Sub 3 it comes out to about 1100

Amazing deal. Been waiting for this one, but I just had to purchase international airfare for a family of 5. I hope this type of deal comes back. It's a little better than me burning the 30% Sonos upgrade credit I've had in my account for years.

The only sig difference is going to be the 300's vs 100's. 300's will give you true atmos since they have upfiring speakers where 100's do not.I have 100's as rears and am happy with them.As sub3 vs sub4 is essentially no difference and arc vs ultra difference is relatively minor.Save the grand and get the refurb deal, I don't think you would be upset. And, if 300's go on sale you could add them and then move the 100's as fronts or somewhere else in your house, but I wouldn't say that's a necessary upgrade.

Seems like a good deal to me. I have been fortunate to find all of my Sonos set up via FB marketplace. I did though buy refurbished 300's. I love Sonos systems.

I still run a regular system ie speakers receiver in Atmos and while you can't replicate the power and sound via Sonos it's pretty close.
