I have this same prebuilt, except I paid 2k for a 5070 ti, Ultra 9 and 2tb ssd (Costco sale). It's very quiet compared to my old iBP. The PSU unfortunately is non-modular and emits whine when PC is put to sleep, so I plan to replace once 1 yr warranty is up with ASUS. The spare ssd port lies beneath the GPU, so you have to pop it out in order to install a 2nd one (just annoying).

The ASUS ROG G700 refurb is a quiet prebuilt with strong upgrade potential, especially if the plan is to swap in a better GPU later. The case can fit extra NVMe storage, and the machine has been described as easy to expand beyond the stock drive. The main drawbacks are the RTX 5060's 8GB of VRAM, the non modular PSU with sleep whine, and cramped access to the spare SSD slot under the GPU. Airflow also looks weak because of the glass front and narrow intake slits, making it a decent platform only if the upgrade path matters.
Builders who want room for extra storage, because the spare SSD slot can fit a second drive and there is enough physical space for another NVMe.
Gamers planning a future GPU upgrade, because the system runs quietly and can serve as a temporary base before replacing the graphics card.
PC tinkerers adding high-capacity NVMe drives, because a heatsinked SSD can fit and a third NVMe can be mounted with an adapter.
Gamers expecting strong 1440p longevity, because 8GB of VRAM can feel too limited for future workloads.
Upgraders who want a simple drop-in graphics-card swap, because a future GPU change may also require a PSU replacement.
People who need good front-to-back cooling, because the glass front panel leaves only tiny side intakes and airflow is poor.
