A cooktop works best unless you want to drain the most fat then a George Forman has a use. But the non stick coating on these items I've had start to wear off In a couple years of use or less. In fact it was probably like 6 months for my last one. Then its all one big piece of trash.
If you want something new an improved the only innovations I've seen in decades is: A nice controllable induction cooktop, with nice restaurant quality induction pans. That will warm up as fast as you can get the eggs cheese an bacon out an ready; and never burn or over cook if you get one with a timer an temp controls. Also a toaster/convenction oven for smaller quicker oven warmups. Tho I've never found a toaster oven than seals for low cost. Tho I also checked out my current 1980s? Oven and I doubt that's a fully sealed door.

This thing would probably be like using a stone fired pizza oven where the crust doesn't toast at all
