I've had this exact vest for about a decade now. It's still in excellent condition and easy to remove and adjust the weights. For the price, it offers great performance. While it's larger than a typical small vest designed for body workouts, it's still suitable for jogging and doing bodyweight exercises. However, it can be challenging to perform pushups because it doesn't provide a snug fit to the body and vest will hit ground earlier than you want.
