Strengths -
Price. These are amazing for the price and a clear upgrade over IPS.
Brightness in SDR (what you use most of the time) and HDR. These can get insanely bright.
Weaknesses -
Its a VA panel. You are going to get some ghosting. The colors are a little washed out compared to IPS. Viewing angles are pretty bad.
Halo around bright items with dark backgrounds. I don't think this is a huge deal and personally think its looks kind of natural.
There are a new set of QD-OLED displays that were released the last few months. These are all 240hz, 200 nits SDR, and usually 400 nits HDR. I'd rather take this mini led since 200 nits on those new oleds is abysmal and barely usable.
At it's best this thing is spectacular, legitimately rivals OLED... but there's more than a few tradeoffs for the monitor experience outside of HDR gaming and a few firmware bugs.
