I will always vote good deals for schlage locks. I had a problem with an old lock and I called their customer service and someone based out of the Midwest promptly answered and they just ended up sending me a new lock. It was the easiest customer service recovery I had experienced in a while and they were awesome. I use locks like this and prefer these because I don't want my house doors connected to the internet but that's partially because I'm insanely paranoid.

Have had this lock for about 5 years. It has worked flawlessly and still looks like new. Bronze version.

I have 6 retail stores with probably 25 of these locks. These things work great. I have them on high traffic door with a electronic strike that I can buzz people in with. Every now and then one of them has the internals break but I just email them photos of the damaged parts and they send new units. The one downside of these is that after several years the buttons fall off. Im sure if you call they would make it right.

This set with the deadbolt and non-locking handle is a no-brainer for any landlord. Batteries last forever in these locks too.

Is this design for outside door (without cover) use?

You might want to test your 25 locks for this ridiculous vulnerability, assuming the circuit board is the same.

Home Depot also has the Flex-lock version [homedepot.com] (Model # FE595) for $3 more. I dislike auto-locking, so I chose a pair of these. Already have a brass version that I've had for about a decade and it's flawless to this day. Didn't hurt that I had a personalized HD coupon for $25 off $150 to apply Wink

Lock picking lawyer just posted a video about a critical vulnerability on schlage numpad deadbolt locks...I wonder if these are vulnerable as well
