Yes, Samsung takes the last 2 digits of the year for the model number. The S27 should be out in Feb of next year.

Received yesterday. Case is too thin. This case can't protect your phone when you drop. But protect from scratch. I am going to return.

I am in if it is thin as I like slim cases and my purpose is to protect from scratches.

Got one of these and really like it. If squeaks some, so not a perfect fit, but for $3 it's pretty great. No issues with cameras focusing.
