Just unboxed mine. Came in a "2 of 2" box from Wattbricks, model UB-400. Each panel is about 18.9 lbs.
Tested output right out of the box and saw ~360 W in good sun (so much for weather.com predicting a cloudy day), which seems reasonable for a 400 W panel depending on conditions.
One note: the Scheels listing shows MC4 connectors in the photos, but mine actually came with Anderson connectors. That ended up working out well for me since I'm using a Segway Cube with Anderson input.
I picked up an MC4 parallel kit originally, so I'll need to order an Anderson parallel.

Scheels is like Dick Sporting Goods out Midwest. I trust the store and webpage but some of the pictures are def not the 400w model. There's no way it's 10lb (my Anker is closer to 25-30lbs, but at least the description says 28lb)

My Anker 400W portable set of panels is similar in size to the pic with orange handles and weighs around 25-30lbs

Don't wire them in series. This puts out 39 volts. The Cube 2000 only accepts up to 60v. Series on these panels will put out nearly 80v and fry your power station. Wire them in parallel.

Oops, thanks mental slipup there. I was concurrently looking up series vs parallel and xrefing the max voltage input of the Cube, and didn't circle back to the SlickDeals post. FWIW, I ended up getting this MC4 parallel adapter that I was planning to crimp an Anderson connector right in place of the MC4 connectors

Amazon - B0DRC1TKD2 - BougeRV Solar Parallel Connectors for 2 Solar Panels, 2 to 4 Y Branch 10AWG Adapter Splitter Cable Wire Plug PV Tool Kit, Waterproof (MFF/FMM)

As soon as my order ships, I'll post the shipping weight from the tracking info.

I too am very suspicious of this really providing anywhere near 400w. It appears to be about the same size and configuration as my renogy 200w folding panel.
Manufacturer does not list the u-400 individually, only as bundled with a battery bank.

"Has anyone bought this yet? Has anyone tested it? Can we confirm if it's actually 400W? Even 350W+ would be great! Someone please provide some data! This price is just too good to pass up!"

The brand's website may not have this product listed individually, but they do show it being available as part of a set, as a user above mentioned. I'm guessing this standalone panel was procured / contracted directly for sale through Scheels, given the lack of online presence ?

Regardless, I bought one last night and received a shipping notification already. Deal was too good to pass on.

When your order arrives, would you mind confirming the 400W capability?

I too am interested in this data!
I have a hard time letting things go so I dug deeper comparing total surface area with comparable 400w panels. I surveyed 2 other alleged 400w portable folding solar panels, one from a a random manuf on temu and the other is the Renogy 'n type solar blanket'. They come in at 3800 and 4100 sq inches respectively, vs 2,134 sq inches total on the Wattbricks listed here.
While this metric is far from conclusive- It would be quite remarkable if they were able to get 400w out of half as much surface area!
