People need to make it clear this is for Amazon Business accounts only. The regular Amazon Prime sets limits. Usually 4 for a lot of items on discount. Or in this case 10+ but you can't get the maximized deal on the same item unless you have an Amazon Business account. That's why Amazon does this. To encourage bulk buyers to add a Business account. No extra cost.
