This refurbished Galaxy Z Flip6 stands out as a compact foldable that is easy to carry and fits in almost any pocket. The deal price is attractive for a 512GB unlocked model, especially with the coupon bringing it under $300, and the phone still has strong trade in appeal. The main tradeoffs are the Good condition grade, which means visible scratches and dents, plus recurring concerns about battery life and long term reliability. A few comments also flag possible storage listing confusion and international compatibility questions, so it suits buyers who value the form factor more than pristine condition or all day endurance.
people shopping for a pocket-friendly flip phone because the flip form factor is easier to carry than a fold once you add a case, and it fits comfortably in basically every pocket.
buyers who are okay doing a short trial and returning if it doesn't work out, because one commenter recommends trying it for about 3 weeks and returning if you're not keen.
people planning to use it as a trade-in toward a future Galaxy Flip upgrade, because the commenter says their unit with a screen replacement can still be used as a full trade-in for future upgrades.
buyers who are specifically trying to get the advertised storage size, because multiple commenters claim it's actually 256GB (not 512GB) and call out the mismatch in pricing.
buyers who only want minimal cosmetic wear, because the listing's "Good" condition means scratches and dents on the front, back, and corners (and one commenter says they would only buy if it were labeled "Excellent").
international travelers or anyone who needs it to work overseas, because commenters question whether "unlocked" actually means it will work internationally (including an example where a listing said it would not work internationally).
heavy users who expect all-day battery life, because one commenter says the battery does not last all day and you'll need to charge it if you're a heavy user.

Current trade in at Mint Mobile is $400 as a part of the Samsung promotion and will have software support until 2031. Seems like a good way to get into the Samsung ecosystem with optionality for future trade ins as new models come out.

Good price point but is labelled "Good" meaning "item will include scratches and dents on the front, back, and corners of the product".

Got a screen replacement, about 6mo in, then after another 6mo phone started freezing and restarting intermittently. It became more and more frequent, but quality wise, it can still be used as a full trade in for future upgrades. I still bought a used fold7 and loving that now, tho I miss how small the flip is. For $300, try it for 3 weeks then return it if you're not keen on it. The 6 is still rad, but also! It was prone to pinching your fingers from the back hinge. I still got a case, but it's still a slick phone going raw.
Enjoy!

One ad on eBay explicitly stated that the phone was unlocked but will not work internationally - does it mean it was not properly unlocked or they do not want hazzle from customers or it was designed that way?
I took a Moto flip older model overseas and it worked fine.

Favorite form factor ever. Looking forward to trade in for a new Flip8 when they drop.
