We use red light near the deer feeders at night because the feral hog don't realize they are in the light. Makes expensive night or thermal optics unnecessary.

They have the green on sale to. They have other colors and white (warm and daylight), but not all are on sale. The colors are for decoration. Though I suppose red would also be useful for preserving night vision: It's what stargazers use.

Be further ahead to spend a few more bucks and get color changing lights so you can change them with the holidays.

Good for Halloween decorations to add some dramatic color. I have one LED now and another incandescent that practically sets the leaves on fire. Good price to replace that one.

I put these up at my mother-in-law's house, just to help people find it. The craigslist ad is helping too.

belay the tacky red and green, orange and purple even cheaper at 5.39 for two. Time to beautify the trailer park.
