Wouldn't trust cheap ceramic nonstick. Go for stainless steel/cast iron or aluminum if you're concerned about weight. Restaurant supply stores for cheap cookware.

Everyone needs a few nonstick pans in their arsenal. These actually seems like decent ones to use occasionally for the purpose of needing nonstick (eggs, pancakes, salmon, scallops, quesadillas, grilled cheese etc.). You can say that you can cook all of those on stainless steel/cast iron but you will never come close to nonstick in terms of ease.

The Golden rules of using nonstick without potential health issues:

"Don't leave it to heat up empty on very high heat"
And
"Don't scratch the surface with sharp metal"

Ceramic is the safest nonstick at this point. Any metal that needs seasoning is not a nonstick pan. Teflon was best...
