I had been looking into these, and based on what I found, the MF50 seems to be the sweet spot if you want something lightweight and portable, while still being strong enough to clean a computer and handle basic dusting. The MF60, which is the one listed on Amazon, appears to be the weakest option and generally not recommended. The DF60 (this one) is the most powerful, though it's a bit larger and feels more like a proper tool.
I ended up ordering this one and i will returning the one i ordered at amazon (MF60). Since I'll mainly be using it to clean my computer and desk, portability doesn't really matter to me and i dont care, as is not like I'll be carrying it around and showing it to people hahaha. I also think this one looks better than the MF50, but if portability or size is important to you, the MF50 is probably the better choice.
Also, 32.99 is the cheapest i found for a "known" brand amount theses... (i didn't know the brand until i started looking for it).

The MF200 is the one that people rave about although it's pretty expensive--currently on sale on Amazon for $90. I have one and it works great. For my needs (blowing off tools amongst other things), I don't think something much less that the MF200 would suffice. The MF100 is the older version and has similar performance to the MF200 but doesn't have a replaceable battery. The MF100 is a bit cheaper than the MF200 (currently $80) but does periodically go on sale in the $50-60 range.

I have the MF100 and it blows. I mostly use it to clean out my coffee bean burr grinder. If I didn't have it I would get the MF200 because of the replaceable battery.

The MF100 is the one on Project Farm and the other channels that is making waves, with the 200 being the updated version. I haven't seen anything about MF50 or 60
