For higher cost, but much more different exercises for the footprint space consider a squat rack cage. I made the mistake of buying a bench-press rack with adjustable height frames to do squats too, but quickly found the tedious need to adjust the height for squats versus bench press so annoying. And it did not have any feature to allow dips or much else. Finally bought a squat rack cage that met my needs for my build (without overbuying). With all of the included accessories it is like a jungle gym for adults in a reasonable footprint space; included dip bars, lat pull down, rows, pullup bars, resistance band pegs, landmine, j hooks and safety bars for barbell use, and more.
