I think these are popular for battery-operated Blink cameras because they meet that criteria (including the voltage sensitivity), though Blink says not to use rechargeables.
Generally speaking, a high-quality NiMH like Eneloop is going to be a more cost-effective purchase. You don't need these in your TV remote.
Community Reviews
These USB C lithium AA rechargeables stand out for devices that need a steady 1.5 volt supply, especially Blink cameras and other voltage sensitive gear. The constant voltage can make low battery behavior more predictable and avoid the false low warnings common with NiMH cells. They also get praise for strong output in some high drain uses. The main knocks are misleading capacity claims, slower charging than hoped, and uncertain longevity, with some reports of sudden cutoff and weak USB output. A niche pick for the right device.
These batteries can make Blink camera low-battery behavior more predictable when the device requires 1.5V instead of 1.3V AA cells.
These lithium rechargeables can avoid sudden low-battery cutoff in Blink devices by holding 1.5V until they abruptly stop.
These batteries may reduce voltage falloff in voltage-sensitive devices compared with NiMH, which can help devices like Xbox controllers keep running longer.
These batteries can show less drain than NiMH over a few months of mixed use, though voltage-reduction behavior may vary by brand.
These batteries may have misleading capacity marketing because mWh claims can be presented in a way that inflates the 3600 figure versus typical mAh equivalents.
These batteries can deliver weaker power output in Nerf gun use compared with other lithium AA batteries.
These batteries can be high maintenance because they may require recharging soon after depletion and periodic recharging during storage.
These batteries can fail to provide usable USB output and may also underperform on capacity versus expectations.

These would be a cheap way to find out about this chemistry. Do some homework.
Emphasis on CHEAP. Since it's a new chemistry no one REALLY knows how long they will last.
I've got some Tenavolt Li that are 4+ years old that are still doing fine. But, they aren't the cheap ones.
I do have some HW Li, but NOT the USB version. Only had them maybe 6 months, so don't know longevity.
False capacity claims are a hallmark of this kind of battery. 70-80% of claimed capacity seems to be in the usual ballpark.
They do NOT have the claimed capacity. > 1768 to 2010 mAh
There is a trade-off of less capacity while USB charging vs proprietary charger.
This capacity review is worth checking out.
