Just use a little bit of your spit...just kidding.

For household use, if you cut a little piece of a sponge lying around and cut down a single serving yogurt container or any small plastic container, you can save a few bucks and have a very functional moistener cup.
If you are a oui yogurt eater, this would be a great use of your many oui jars. oui used to make desserts which were shorter than the yogurt jars but I have not seen them at my local store. I miss the shorter oui jars.
