Good luck with this. I had that deal with my 77" C4 and one guy showed up on his bicycle with no tools and his experience was negligible. I tried calling the second dude and he never called me back until bike guy and myself had mounted the TV about 3 hours later. It wasn't that hard and I feel a lot better having done it myself than having bike guy and his non-existent partner do God knows what with my new TV.

If you can physically fit the 77 inch in the bedroom, go for this. I have a 77 in my bedroom and I wished I had held out for a 83 or bigger. Nothing beats watching TV from the comfort of your own bed on a huge oled screen.

Stop inviting these "TV mount installers" into your houses. I've heard so many horror stories. Most are unqualified and from the wrong side of town. I wouldn't let anyone touch an investment like this. I've hung many TV's and it's not rocket science. Secure the mount into studs, level it, attach the bracket to the back of the TV and marry the two together - then make height adjustments. Make sure your mount is rated well over supporting pounds to whatever you are hanging. Learn how to do it, there are TONS of videos out there on exactly how to do it. On a TV this size, you will need a hand hanging it once you get the bracket secured on the back of the TV.

Well this is annoying. I just ordered two days ago for $1571 using the 3% off code, after calling and being told they couldn't offer anything lower.
I don't see any way to cancel the order, even though it hasn't shipped yet.
Is there any way to get this price adjusted?

Same exact boat. Ordered 2 days ago as well. Order still shows as "Processing". Their customer service is horrific - so I don't know if I risk just ordering another and trying to cancel/return or not
