A little history, L'or's parent JDE merged with Peet's in 2019 forming JDE Peet's. Later this year, JDE Peet's will merge with Keurig to form Global Coffee in an $18 billion merger.

I was going to buy it until I saw the flavor profile: licorice, oak and spice. I'll pass.

Better to spend $10 more and get whatever flavor you want with a subscription that you can cancel anytime, for those who don't like this specific flavor.

just fyi for some machines these capsules will leak a lot of water. they don't have the rubberized rim like the Nespresso brand capsules do. I got silicone rings made for reusable capsules to stop the leaking.

Expensive. These are 30-40 cents each at amazon on sale regularly.

true this is not really a deal , this brand is pretty decent right now at least, we only use Peet's and these besides nespresso, but I do worry with the mentioned merger they will all be awful since eventually

I honestly don't get that at all from this flavor. Its bold but smooth.

I don't know about leaking water but I have been buying lavazza ones and I pay $35 for 100 all the time, their espresso sized pods are very temperamental, not leaking but they will compress and not brew anything. Only ones I find to work are lingo pods. As for this "deal" why does anyone consider this a good price especially getting stuck with 100 same pods. Get Pete's or pay 18 cents more and get them from nespresso their original ones.
