Consumer reports says it's right below it. I think it was blood that Tide did a better job at. But you can Google consumer reports on Kirkland ultra to read about it

They didn't say. I just read that a lot of people say they're stocking up when there's a sale just in case they don't like the new formula

the manufacturer of Kirkland Signature laundry detergent is changing because Henkel is exiting the North American retailer brand business. Henkel, known for brands like Persil, is divesting this division to First Quality Enterprises, LLC, marking a transition in production for the popular detergent
