The S90F stands out as a 65 inch OLED with excellent picture quality, and the open box price looks strong when the unit is truly in good condition. The panel is praised as a major upgrade, with brand new looking units and very low screen time reported on some purchases. The main drawback is Samsung Tizen, which feels less polished than the display itself. Open box Best Buy sets can also be store demos that have run a loop for months, so condition matters. A solid pick if the panel history checks out.
OLED shoppers who care most about image quality and can tolerate Samsung's Tizen interface because commenters said "Tizen sucks but picture quality is great" on the S90F.
Buyers upgrading from an older OLED (like a CX) who want a like-new experience because one commenter reported only ~6 hours of screen time on their unit and that everything looked brand new after the upgrade.
People comparing Samsung OLED options who specifically want QD-OLED and better anti-glare/matte handling because a commenter said the S90H lacks QD-OLED and would cost them the matt finish and anti-glare they wanted.
Samsung TV buyers who specifically want a better smart-TV platform than Tizen because commenters said Tizen is "good just not great" and "Tizen sucks," implying the software experience is a common downside.
Anyone planning to buy an "Open Box" unit expecting it to be lightly used because commenters warned that Best Buy open-box TVs-especially last-year models-are often store display units running a demo loop for months.

I would lose the matt finish and anti glare of the S90H as well as the 165hz and faster processor though. I will take until September to drop to $1700 like the S90F did.
I'm replacing a 10.5 year old Sony XBR, so either would be an upgrade, but I plan to keep for a decent amount of time.
