IMO - yes for these specs it is BUT it is refurb, so if you buy it, when you get it, double check all plugs are secure, confirm all 32GB of RAM is allocated for use at speed, check the life of the SSD, and then run a couple of benchmark tests. If that is good then you should be fine.
