Edifier R1700BTs has support for Bluetooth aptX and Subwoofer line out compared to the R1700BT (non s).
The R1700BT is available for around $12 less on amazon.

My lady likes them for their size, aesthetic and bluetooth, too. I have much nicer speakers but these definitely hold their own.
