Despite not being a "sale", this is by far the least expensive legitimately certified Thunderbolt cable.

Doesn't have to be a sale to be a slick deal

When Vine reviewer who received the product for free leaves a terrible review due to overheating, might be wise to heed their warning. The review "HDMI portion got SUPER hot" should cause pause to anyone considering this purchase.

That's a review for a completely different product, no longer part of this Amazon listing. The fact that Amazon allows this is absurd btw.

Looks like the 1 review that claimed overheating was indeed for the other (black) cable, which is a different cable, not just a different color. Same for the Vine reviews I saw. Also, the MOKiN doesn't say anything about the cable having an e-Marker chip for safety, but it's implicit, in that ALL "Certified" T4 cables have the chip. That said, there are VERY few reviews for this cable, and none that can speak to long term viability. For $14 the UGreen cable on SD has the same specs, but I have a high degree of confidence in UGreen's cables and quality, and zero experience with MOKiN, so went with the UGreen. For $4, I don't want to be a beta tester, but hopefully someone else will and let us know what they think about the quality. And YES, I HATE that Amazon STILL mixes reviews for multiple products under one roof, so to speak.

FYI, the UGreen cable I ordered for $14 is now back to $22 regular price, and $15.49 with Amazon Prime. So, ya, this Mokin cable looks attractive considering the price, and the lack of any other decent deals on a certified 40Gbps data cables.
