I've had good luck with all my sony refurbs from Secondipity. Only had issues with one set of ear buds (bad firmware) and they were replaced without too much hassle under the added warranty. I find myself using my XM4 earbuds more often, but did throw on the WH XM5s for one of my 2 mi dog walks just last week.

Maybe it was a BoA issue but either the website or BoA keeps declining my purchase. Not only that but BoA would put a suspicious activity restriction on my card after the cancellation. Too bad because their website is $30+ cheaper than eBay.
