Probably that its just a steel grill instead of a ceramic one like an egg or Joe, so if it's any better than a standard 22" weber kettle its probably nothing earth shaking.

It's probably perfectly serviceable. Not exactly rocket surgery, but I don't know if its super competitive at that price point compared to other 22" grills.

This is not ceramic. It's steel walls with cotton in between to insulate. Very similar style to the chargrill Akorn. I had the Akron before I went to the true ceramic. Honestly, with practice, u can still get a phenomenal cook from it! But kinda expensive. For $399 you could get digital reads and auto temp feature from Akron (a more reputable line):
