Community Reviews
This refurbished Latitude 5320 stands out as a compact Windows office laptop with unusually strong memory for the price. The 32GB DDR4, 3200 MHz soldered RAM and i7 1165G7 make it appealing for basic productivity, and the Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.0 ports add real monitor flexibility. The 1 year Allstate warranty and returns help offset refurb risk. The main knocks are its older 11th gen CPU, non upgradeable memory, and reports of questionable refurb condition, including a damaged screen and concerns about the Good grade. A practical pick if you want 32GB Windows on a budget.
Common Questions (5)
The i7-1165G7 is an older 11th-gen quad-core chip, so it is fine for basic productivity and office use but can feel slow for heavier workloads. The 32GB RAM helps a lot, but the CPU is still dated compared with 12th-gen and newer systems.
The deal includes returns and a 1-year Allstate warranty, which helps reduce refurb risk. Even so, one unit arrived with a damaged screen, and the listed 'Good' condition is a concern if you want near-new cosmetics.
Yes. The 32GB DDR4 memory is integrated/soldered, so there is no RAM upgrade path later. That makes the included 32GB valuable up front, but it also means you should only buy it if 32GB is enough for your needs.
It can in some units, and one setup was reported with a second NVMe drive installed. Another attempt with an adapter and a 256GB drive could not be made to work through BIOS settings, so compatibility may depend on the exact model and adapter used.
It has 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports plus HDMI 2.0, which can drive two 8K displays and one 4K display at 60Hz over HDMI. Lower resolutions can run at higher refresh rates.

ram soldered makes this deal worth 150 dollars basically a chrome book with low battery

Soldered ram is certainly not ideal, but if you've got 32gb of it you'll probably be OK for a while.
32 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz, dual-channel, integrated

That's a hard pass for me, even though 32GB is plenty.
I wonder if it supports a 4k 60Hz monitor.

This is still a solid office laptop with the 32GB ram, just a little slow for power users.

CPU is quad core.
Yes, in 2026 it's a dinosaur CPU, but if you can get past that and have basic needs, between that and the 32GB RAM, it's not half bad.
I would get a MacBook Neo for $499 Edu pricing long before I got this (for eons-long battery life, great screen, awesome trackpad, no fan noise, Messages integration, and thin/light), but if you need Windows and have $300, this is about the best around short of the infrequent 12th-14th gen deals that we see from time to time. But if you need 32GB, this is about the best I've seen in quite a while.
CPU is quad core.
I still have a laptop with i5-1135G7 at work and it's ok for basic email and productivity apps, but it's showing its age.
