How many strips in a box? 8 or 16? They say 4 pairs hold 20 pounds but show only 4 strips
In the box I have of them, it's 16 - 8 pairs.
FYI - the sticky of these has REALLY dipped on newer ones. Around me, I can get the older ones (can tell by the packaging) at Home Depot. One strip of the new stuff failed to hold a 1lb sign without falling off the wall - not the velcro part - that part is amazing as always.
For me, after a while, these things just fail to continue to hold. I think the adhesive just gets old and stops adhering to the wall. For heavier stuff I just don't trust it anymore.
