Deal Instructions:
  • Visit LiveNation.com to see the list of participating events. Once you select the event you are interested in, look for the "Concert Week Promotion" ticket type. Add the ticket(s) to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
    • Make sure your location is set to the correct city, then the tabs will show participating shows near you.
    • If you do not see "Concert Week Promotion" ticket type, the show is not included in the Concert Week promotion. Concert Week is only valid for select tickets to select shows, while inventory lasts.

The selection and the quality of seats vary widely, depending on the venue and the band. I have taken advantage of this promotion in the past (including the before times, when it was less expensive). In my experience, the tickets have never been amazing, but they range from average to the cheap seats in the back.

I'm clearly not a fan of Ticketmaster's predatory practices but as they continue with their monopoly, there aren't a lot of other options if you want to see certain bands.

Weird. Try cutting and pasting this: www.livenation.com/promotion/summeroflive

Link works fine from desktop, but is taking me to the same app on the Apple App Store. Hopefully the mods can fix it.

I thought about seeing Paul Simon, but the venue he's playing at is smack dab in the middle of a ghetto in Philadelphia with people wacked out on the veterinary tranquilizer xylazine. I'd have to take public transportation, and it's not worth $30 to end up robbed.
