Ultra isn't great, I'd suggest springing for Complete or Pro unless you only have incredibly mild symptoms

Edit: Got coupon to apply anyway.

Steps:
Go to product coupon page listed by OP (noting that 2-pack is probably missing from the applicable items).
Go back to the 2-pack listing and add to cart.
Refresh coupon page and it should then update to "1 of 1 items from this promotion in your cart".
Go back to cart and discount is there. You can even then switch to S&S option and get it down further to 8.24+tax (w/5+ items).
(Not sure if it would have applied without first adding an initial one-time purchase to cart, though that worked for me).

Items: $14.99
Your Coupon Savings: -$5.25
Subscribe & Save: -$1.50
Estimated tax to be collected: $0.50
Order total: $8.74

You can use the coupon on Preservative Free version too- which is also FSA eligible.

Won't work for me. I'm guessing since I recently got the Pataday coupon deal it was the same coupon and I've reached my limit.

Not working for me. I go to refresh coupon page and I get "1 of 1 items from this promotion in your cart : $14.99" and I don't see discount in my cart.

Thanks for the deal! I haven't tried the Ultra variant of this yet but I like Systane SO much more than the other leading brand
