Well no matter how loud it is to you it still technically is a fan 😀

In for yet, another handheld USB fan! I have at least 6 USB handheld fans; actually 5 now because I left a similar one in Japan for our daughter, a Divesblue brand one that looks exactly like this one, that she wanted after she saw it. So was the good mother and left my favorite fan for her to use!
Some of my other fans can actually mist (add water to resevoir) and some are just regular handheld, but the reason I like this one (and the Divesblue) is the design is a bit more solid for travel than the regular styles. I also like that the strap allows it to hang on your neck too and you can bend it and place it on your tray table to help cool you off in a hot plane or train.
Yes, it's loud on high speed but this fan type is actually pretty powerful (useful to help dry any hand washed/hung laundry in the hotel room too!) and since it's USB rechargeable, no worries on replacing batteries. Just have to make sure you put it with your other electronics if on a plane.
The $5.99 plus tax price is also the lowest I've seen for this style, so a pretty slick deal! Thanks!

I have a similar fan and you unclip each end of the lanyard. Then you can push the thin loop through the slots on the side of the fan. The buckle will then go through the loop and then you can clip it back together. Sorry, but I'm not sure if it's correct but it ends up looking like a cow hitch knot.

Dang I bought one of these things that looks almost like this for around 10 bucks. Yeah it's loud, lights charcoal chimney to ready state in about 2 to 3 minutes which is great.

Bought these for a trip to Tahiti and they were a lifesaver in humid locations that didn't have AC or airflow - Ferry, airport, buses.. Kids liked the neck lanyard, easy to point up at your face or pick up and direct around your body to dry the sweat off Smilie I though they'd be a chore to lug around, but being wearable helped with that. Oh yeah we left them in the checked luggage (a no-no now with the batteries) but didn't get flagged for it. Not a need-to-have but definitely a nice-to-have in hot/humid locations.

These are loud as hell even on the lowest setting. Annoyingly loud.
